About me
My path has wound through seasons of unraveling and becoming. At the heart of it all, was the return to connection. I could no longer bear the excruciating pain of being disconnected from myself and, thusly, at arms length from the world and all I loved.
Throughout every season of shedding and growing, I always came back to the wisdom and power dwelling inherently in my body. That's what brought me to the work of SLR coaching. I believe sexuality and emotional well-being are not separate from the rest of life, they are central to it. When we heal in these places, we become more alive, more present, more free.

What I Believe
Here are the foundational methods for our explorations.
01
The VITA Method
As a VITA-certified coach, I draw from this integrative framework that bridges sexuality, spirituality, and emotional intelligence. VITA™ stands for the Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach. It blends neurobiology, somatic practices, and modern coaching with the wisdom of Tantra and Taoism to offer a completely unique path to healing and awakening authentic embodiment.
The VITA™ Method has been developed by Layla Martin, founder of the VITA™ Institute.
02
Somatic Practices
The body holds what the mind cannot always access. Somatic work brings awareness into the physical experience and uses that awareness as a doorway to deeper healing.
Breath, movement, and sound are some of the most direct tools we have for shifting our nervous system, releasing stored emotion, and returning to presence. We use intentional breathwork and movement practices to move energy, open the body, and access states of clarity and release that talk alone cannot reach.
03
Parts Work
Parts Work is a compassionate framework for understanding the different parts of ourselves, the protectors, the wounded ones, the critics, the dreamers, and the inner children. Rather than fighting these parts, we learn to listen to them and develop internal partnership with ourselves. This work creates profound inner harmony, self compassion, transformational shifts in beliefs and habits, and self-leadership.
04
Pleasure
As a practice, pleasure is one of the most powerful ways to cultivate a relationship with your own body, heal shame, reconnect to desire, and develop the capacity for deeper intimacy with others. What we celebrate in ourselves becomes magnified and when we intentionally cultivate joy, delight, and ease, we replace the old habits with new ways of being that actually serve us.
The more deeply we access our pain, the more deeply we access our power. I offer you the possibility to integrate your shadows, resistance, self-sabotage, and pain so you can flourish in this lifetime and liberate yourself fully.
